EquitaFN Succession Advantage™

Your Legacy. Your Clients. Your Future—Protected.

Succession planning is one of the most important steps you’ll ever take as a firm owner—and one of the most overlooked. With EquitaFN Succession Advantage™, we’ve partnered with Ellevate Advisors and FP Transitions to deliver a solution that helps you plan early, transition smoothly, and protect the value of everything you’ve built.

Protect Your Legacy. Secure Your Future.

Succession planning isn’t just about transition—it’s about protecting the business you’ve built, ensuring your clients are cared for, and preserving the value of your life’s work.

With EquitaFN Succession Advantage™, we give our members a clear, customized path to succession that combines expert planning, actionable implementation, and hands-on transaction support. Designed in partnership with Ellevate Advisors and FP Transitions, this solution helps women-owned and women-led fee-only firms navigate every stage of their journey with confidence.

Why Succession Planning Matters

  • 80% of successions fail due to lack of preparation.
  • Only 6% of advisors planning to retire in the next decade have a documented plan.
  • Without a roadmap, founders risk client attrition, lost firm value, and stress during the transition.

Succession Advantage™ ensures your business doesn’t become part of these statistics.
